I take an integrative approach, drawing on various methods to suit each unique individual, emphasising a non-directive approach that focuses on listening and providing the therapeutic time and space for you to discover your own answers. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct to ensure you receive the highest quality support.
I believe in celebrating the uniqueness and diversity of each individual. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, faiths, cultures, and backgrounds, encouraging you to bring all parts of your identity into our sessions. As such I believe each client requires a diverse and unique approach, to ensure this I maintain a commitment to continuous learning including additional training in creative counselling and walk and talk therapy, allowing me to integrate my passion for the arts and the outdoors into my practice. My goal is to help clients connect with their inner resources and move forward with confidence in their chosen direction.
I have also undertaken training with The British Infertility Counselling Association, and The Foundation for Infant Loss, deepening my understanding as a Fertility, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Practitioner, including as a Rainbow Baby and Infertility Specialist.
